- Courier/provider data - business name, service areas, and pricing if you register as a courier.

- To provide and improve ATL Hub services.
- To show relevant events, jobs, and resources.
- To process courier marketplace transactions via Stripe.
- To send account-related communications.
- To display ads via Google AdSense (non-sensitive pages only).
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase - authentication, database, and hosting.
- Google Analytics - anonymous usage tracking.
- Google AdSense - advertising on non-sensitive pages.
- Stripe - payment processing for courier services.
- Cloudflare - content delivery and security.

ATL Hub uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings.
5. Data Protection
We protect your data through Firebase security rules, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls. We do not sell your personal information.
6. AI-Generated Content
Some features, including event recommendations and resource matching, use AI-driven algorithms. These recommendations are informational and should not be treated as professional advice.
7. Aggregated Third-Party Content
ATL Hub aggregates publicly available event and activity information from third-party sources including Visit ATL, Eventbrite, Do317, Mirror ATL, and other public calendars. We:
- Extract factual information (event name, date, time, venue, location) from public listings.
- Summarize event descriptions in our own words - we do not store or display verbatim copyrighted content.
- Link back to original sources so users can access full details, purchase tickets, or RSVP directly with the event organizer.
- Display source attribution on all aggregated event cards.
We do not claim ownership of third-party event data. If you are an event organizer and wish to have your content removed, see our DMCA & Content Removal policy below.
8. DMCA & Content Removal
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on ATL Hub infringes your copyright or you wish to have your event listing removed:
- Contact our designated agent at wtgindy@gmail.com.
- Include the URL of the content, your name, and a description of the copyrighted work.
- We will respond to valid takedown requests within 24 hours.
9. Civic Dashboard Data
The BlueLedger Civic Dashboard displays publicly available law enforcement accountability data. Officer profiles are synthetic prototypes generated from aggregate data and do not represent real individuals. This tool is not affiliated with any government agency.
10. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at wtgindy@gmail.com.
11. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of ATL Hub constitutes acceptance of any changes.
